The MPTO's Journal  begins a new trajectory with the electronic medium  for the article's 
dissemination.In the present days people live in with imany possibilities for accessing 
 information. This publication privileged the internal production of the institution, 
as an incentive to disseminate the experiences of members and servers working in the 
Tocantins State's regions. After many cooperation agreements with regional, national 
and international institutions and organizations, the editorial team, starting with the last 
printed issues, began publishing articles from invited professionals. 
The Journal established a growing flow for the dissemination of articles together with 
higher education institutions, government centres and other organizations in the State 
of Tocantins and in the other federal units and the Federal District.
