APRENDIZAGEM EM DIAS DE PANDEMIA
DAS LIÇÕES DO HOME OFFICE E ALTERNATIVAS PARA A GESTÃO E DISSEMINAÇÃO DO CONHECIMENTO

O texto é um breve ensaio sobre as experiências vivenciadas e refletidas neste período de pandemia da Covid-19, a partir do distanciamento físico do espaço físico laboral e da prática do trabalho remoto em casa, mediado pelas tecnologias digitais. A reflexão adotou perspectivas filosóficas, sociológicas e educacionais para o entendimento da relação trabalho, aprendizagem e confinamento físico frente a uma pandemia mundial. O exercício teórico é resultante de observações etnográficas e de ótica de uma pesquisa participante involuntária, isto é, sobre como o sujeito que se representa como “ensinante” torna-se “aprendente” a partir da mediação tecnológica, com outros atores socioeducativos no espaço virtualizado do Ministério Público.
