The Tocantins State Public Prosecutor's Office Law Journal is a publication of the Center for Studies and Functional Improvement – ​​Higher School of the Public Prosecutor's Office, whose texts are written by members and employees of the Institution, invited from partner institutions that deal with issues relevant to law and interfaces with other areas of knowledge of Applied Social Sciences and the academic community in general.

We invite authors to contribute with articles, preferably unpublished within their area of ​​study and activity. Submissions must be made on the Journal's website, at the following address:
