The Legal Magazine of the Public Ministry of the State of Tocantins is a publication of the Center for Studies and Functional Improvement – ​​Higher School of the Public Ministry whose texts are written by members and employees of the Institution, as well as guests of partner institutions that deal with issues pertinent to law and interfaces with other areas of knowledge in Applied Social Sciences.

We invite authors to contribute articles, preferably unpublished articles within their area of ​​study and activity. Submissions must be made on the Journal's website, at the following email address:

To close the 21st edition and special edition, the editorial team will receive articles until May 31, 2023.
